- Compile MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to monitor business performance
- Oversee costing activities throughout operations, including production and recycling processes
- Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability evaluations
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and financial models
- Provide actionable insights to aid management decision-making
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and enhance operational efficiency
- CMA / Cost Accountant / Semi-Qualified CMA
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, costing, or financial analysis
- Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial sectors is preferred
- Proficient in MIS Reporting & Cost Accounting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and cost control
- Capability to manage large datasets and extract insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, or equivalents)
- Familiarity with the renewable energy or recycling industries
