This role requires strong leadership to manage warehouse staff, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between operations and cross-functional teams. The Warehouse Leader will maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and FIFO adherence while driving continuous improvement through technology integration and best practices.Percent of Time (%)Tasks & Responsibilities20%Logistics Coordination:
  • Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure on-time FG dispatch for domestic & export markets.
  • Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure on-time RM movements from RPI to 3PL and vice versa. (Third Party logistics distribution center).
  • Ensure smooth execution of GRN, MO posting, invoicing, packing list, and pick list.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely receipt and GRN posting of indirect materials including receiving from 3PL.
20%Leadership & Time Management:
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, fostering teamwork and accountability.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.
  • Maintain strong WMS proficiency to optimize processes.
25%Inventory Management, Storage, Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain 100% alignment between physical and system inventory in inhouse and 3PL storage locations.
  • Conduct monthly and annual cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Implement efficient storage systems to maximize space utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hazardous material handling regulations.
  • Maintain robust traceability for all goods with proper identification and housekeeping.
15%Planning, Problem Solving & Control of Non-Conformity:
  • Integrate WMS,ERP barcode scanning, and automation tools for efficiency.
  • Address operational issues promptly with effective solutions.
  • Manage NCMR, obsolete, and blocked stock with proper identification.
  • Initiate dilution or disposal processes as per policy.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure fast retrieval of documents.
10%External Cycle count:
  • Lead and coordinate external cycle counts.
  • Ensure timely closure and gap resolution in house and 3PL locations.
  • Provide necessary documentation for audit compliance including 3PL location.
10%Customer service & FIFO Follow up:
  • Collaborate with production and 3PL to issue materials as per MO.
  • Enforce strict FIFO principles in all stock movements.
