Job Title: Workday Consultant
Location: India (Remote/On-site as required)
Job Type: Full-time (4-month contract, likely to extend for another 2 months)About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant with 3.5 to 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting Workday modules to meet business needs. You will play a key role in driving system improvements, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HR processes.Roles and ResponsibilitiesConfigure, test, and deploy Workday modules based on business requirements.Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.Manage Workday HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, or other relevant modules.Perform system administration tasks including business process configuration, reporting, and security setup.Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Support data uploads, validations, and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.Provide user support, training, and documentation for Workday functionalities.Stay updated on new Workday releases and features, recommending improvements to enhance processes.Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience3.5 to 5 years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, implementation, or support.Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one additional module (Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, etc.).Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver Workday configurations.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Workday certifications will be an added advantage.CompensationBudget: 1.8 L to 2 L per month
