Position:Executive - AdminLocation:Bhilad Near by VapiExperience:2 - 8 YearsIndustries:CosmeticResponsibilities:
  • Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely fillfull requirements.
  • Hiring new candidates and arranging onboarding process.
  • Aware of local language and surrounding area.
  • To manage and coordinate with housekeeping team and make 100% hygiene premises.
  • Smoothly handle visitors and proper communication with stakeholder or parties and interdepartmental HOD and staff.
  • Daily coordinate with Security team and labour supplier for workmen deployment as per requirements and shift schedule and planning.
  • Maintain all materials and registers and records for in-out process.
  • Maintain courier records and daily coordination with vendors and internal team for smoothly function and courier services.
  • Actively role for guest coordination and food and loading facilities provide to them as per requirements.
  • Monthly Admin MIS report preparation.
  • Actively role for cost saving initiatives.
  • Maintain office documents and files record keeping properly.
  • Coordination for telephonic confirmation with guest or candidates or guest.
  • Familiar with computer, excel PPT and words.
  • Handle to patty case daily bases and track the all expenses.
  • Managing Tour & travel and handle smoothly travel agency and guest.
  • Manages administrative tasks in healthcare settings, including patient appointments, medical records, insurance claims, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Organizing.
  • Good in communication.
