- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) to produce wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing products, tools, or platforms that address the needs of multiple user segments.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional leads to define and execute strategies, leveraging UX to advance business objectives.
- Excellent visual designing skills, with experience in consumer-grade enterprise products.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills with technical constraints and limitations to designing platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
- Knowledge of front end code, no code and AI tools.
- Design initiatives to business outcomes, partnering with your Product Manager peers. You will be responsible for identifying how design can drive business metrics such as user acquisition, engagement, and churn.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to the direction of tools, rooted in deep user empathy. Define feature areas with attention to detail, identifying opportunities to enhance quality and consistency across broader flows.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment by navigating ambiguous problem spaces. Adapt to changing priorities and new information with agility.
- Be a go-to designer for the Workspace Commerce, building its UX strategy and collaborating on roadmaps across the entire buying and upgrade experience.
