Key job responsibilities
1. Drive end-to-end ownership of the vehicle loans business vertical within Amazon Pay
2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new lending partners to expand the vehicle financing portfolio
3. Close commercial terms and contracts with lending partners for vehicle loans
4. Drive improvements Interest Rate of Return (IRR) and expand customer coverage of auto loans.
5. Partner with marketing, product, category and tech teams to drive customer awareness, adoption of vehicle loans
6. Drive business and program review mechanisms with leadership teams across Amazon Pay, lending partners, and category teams.About the team

As we serve millions of customers across personal loans, Pay Later, and co-branded credit card offerings, we believe in making the entire credit journey, including Vehicle loans, seamless and customer-friendly.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in digital lending or related financial products
- Proven track record of successfully developing and closing strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in delivering revenue growth and driving profitability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in Business Administration/Technology
- 4+ years experience in vehicle financing or auto loans sector
- Proven track record in building and scaling marketplace business models
- Experience in working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
