Job Description We are currently seeking for a professional with an excellent understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for our major client in Data Center space. BIM controller is responsible for managing and coordinating the digital design process of a construction project using BIM software and tools. BIM controller works closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that the BIM model is accurate, consistent, and compliant with the project requirements and standards. A BIM controller also monitors the quality and progress of the BIM deliverables and provides feedback and guidance to the project team. Developing and implementing the BIM execution plan and BIM standards for the project Creating and maintaining the BIM models and data sets throughout the project lifecycle Performing clash detection and resolution, design validation, and model coordination using BIM software and tools Managing and updating the BIM information and documentation, such as drawings, schedules, specifications, and reports Facilitating the collaboration and communication among the project team and stakeholders using BIM platforms and systems Providing technical support and training to the project team and subcontractors on BIM software and tools Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges related to the BIM process and deliverables Evaluating and improving the BIM performance and quality of the project Qualifications BIM controller should have the following skills and qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field A certification or accreditation in BIM software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc. A minimum of ten years of experience in BIM management and coordination for construction projects A strong knowledge and understanding of the BIM principles, standards, and best practices A proficient ability to use BIM software and tools to create and manage BIM models and data sets A keen attention to detail and accuracy, and a high level of quality control and assurance A good communication and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative and proactive attitude A problem-solving and analytical skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines #LI-PK1 Additional Information On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
