Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India.Position: BPC Backend ConsultantLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: HybridMin-Max Experience: 6 - 10 yearsPosition Summary:6 to 10 Years of full-time experience in Consulting and Technical roles pertaining to SAP BPC Classic, SAP BW and ABAP.A minimum of 2 full cycle implementations and a track record of successfully implementing production of analytics projects in challenging environments.Capable of understanding business requirements functionally and create a technical implementation proposal.Experience in Media domain and its processes (e.g. Amortization) is nice to have.Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead and execute SAP BPC Classic and SAP BW projects, ensuring smooth end to end implementation.
Design and configure SAP BPC and SAP BW solutions, with expertise in ABAP for customizations and enhancements.
Manage full-cycle SAP BPC implementations, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
Create and deliver technical proposals based on business requirements, blending functional and technical insights.
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs (e.g., Media domain, Amortization) and convert them into SAP BPC solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices for successful analytics projects.
Manage deliverables, timelines, quality, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to align business objectives and technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize SAP BPC, SAP BW, and ABAP related performance issues.
Provide post go-live support to ensure efficient system operation and meet requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6 to 10 years of full-time experience in both Consulting and Technical roles related to SAP BPC Classic, SAP BW, and ABAP.
Proven track record with a minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP BPC, with experience in taking analytics projects from initiation to successful production in challenging environments.
Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to create technical implementation proposals and align them with functional business goals.
In-depth experience in SAP BPC Classic, including configuration, scripting, and deployment.
SAP BW expertise, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), as well as reporting capabilities.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with ABAP programming for developing custom functionality and enhancements within SAP systems.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, ensuring efficient system performance and client satisfaction.
Familiarity with Media domain processes such as Amortization is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
