About the Role:-We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the recycling and lithium-ion battery sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in building B2B relationships, driving business growth, and a strong understanding of the circular economy or recycling industry. This role demands strong market acumen, communication skills, and the ability to identify, initiate, and manage business opportunities aligned with our mission of sustainable innovation.Key Responsibilities:-- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-waste and lithium battery recycling domain- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners- Lead the entire BD cycle: from lead generation to deal closure- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and management) to ensure client needs are met- Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and documentation for client engagement- Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activity- Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to represent the organization- Drive strategic growth initiatives in alignment with the company's goalsCandidate Requirements- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in recycling, sustainability, cleantech, or lithium battery domains- Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics and client relationship management- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (MBA preferred)Interested candidates kindly share updated resume (ref:updazz.com)
