Our extensive product range includes blinds, curtains, and advanced motorized window solutions for both residential and commercial spaces.Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive/Manager who will be responsible for marketing-generated leads into sales and managing channel partner relationships within an assigned territory. This dual role involves both inside sales follow-ups and on-ground relationship management with architects, interior designers, and dealers and distributors.Key Responsibilities:- Handle and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including dealers and distributors.- Identify new business opportunities and on board new dealers to expand the company's reach.- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations, demos, and site visits as required.- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote brand awareness.- Ensure effective follow-up and closure of leads within specified timelines.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends; share feedback with internal teams.- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities through reporting tools/CRM.- Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and training session.Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline - 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in home dcor, building materials, or consumer durables.- Prior experience handling inbound marketing leads and channel sales is an advantage.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Comfortable with both fieldwork and virtual client engagement.- Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel/reporting tools.- Self-motivated and result-oriented; willing to travel locally as required.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Training and development support.- Opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing brands in the window coveringsindustry.
