Key Responsibilities:-Partnership & Business Growth:- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities with existing and prospective NBFC partners- Own end-to-end NBFC partner programs, from problem identification to scalable solution implementation- Support onboarding, integration, and go-live of lending partnersOperational & Compliance Ownership:- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements- Monitor portfolio, operational, and financial metrics for NBFC partners- Manage partner reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute resolutionProblem Solving & Process Improvement:- Drive timely resolution of partner issues and escalations- Identify process or integration gaps and work with relevant teams to close them- Recommend and implement process optimizations using data and partner feedbackCross-Functional Collaboration:- Act as the single point of contact between the company and NBFC partners- Work closely with Risk, Product, Legal, Finance, Payments, and Customer Support teams- Provide structured and timely updates to internal stakeholdersReporting & Analytics:- Prepare and share reports on business performance, revenue, reconciliation, and operational health- Track discrepancies in portfolio and financial reporting and drive closureKey Impact Areas:- Build supply for the Merchant Lending business- Manage large lending partners with loan book sizes of INR 1000 Cr+- Identify continuous opportunities for business growth and scaleChallenges in the Role:- Operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment- Engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders- Ensuring compliance while driving growth and innovationQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT preferred)- MBA preferred- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in financial services / fintech / lending- Experience in partnerships, program management, or project management is a plusSkills & Competencies:- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams- Good understanding of financial concepts and digital lending- Highly solution-oriented with strong execution mindset- Data-driven with solid analytical skillsBehavioral Traits:- Inquisitive and self-motivated with first-principles thinking- High ownership, energy, and passion for growth- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and experiment (ref:updazz.com)
