- Enhancing deployment and management phases of the development lifecycle, including through Agile coaching and active contribution to release and environment best practice
- Developing and maintaining a secured and scalable technology implementation of Independent price verification use case in finance and risk management to ensure accurate pricing of OTC, exchange-traded derivatives and cash instruments
- Implementation of pricing of model-based derivatives including Totem consensus management and calibration of model parameter surfaces, market curve builder for interest rates, foreign exchange and xVA asset classes
- Liaising with diverse user groups across front office, quants, risk, treasury finance for BAU project planning and agile/ART deliveries
- Working closely with internal and external market data providers and licensing experts to suggest optimal design within cost and quality trade off as required by users
- Expert level knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile and P3M tools and methodologies spanning value stream, portfolio, programme and team levels
- The ability to prioritise and sequence tasks that are to be delivered by the feature teams
- Strong servant leadership capabilities along with the ability to create and share a vision in-line with the bank’s
- Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to influence both business and technical partners
- Experience of running multiple matrix managed teams
