The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in tender management, especially through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, along with strong exposure to international trade operations.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and analyze relevant tenders on GeM and other government portals.- Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submission, and post-tender follow-ups.- Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions. - Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical) to gather necessary information for tenders.- Handle export-related documentation including Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and LC documentation.- Liaise with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics operations.- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and export policies.- Monitor tender outcomes and maintain a record of wins/losses and their analysis.- Maintain a database of past tenders, pricing, and submission details for future reference.Key Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business, or related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with GeM portal and tendering processes.- Sound knowledge of export documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
