8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

Manage a team of engineers and managers focused on building large scale infrastructure that scales .
Build a long-term roadmap and establish technical direction for improving infrastructure and features across the board. .
Work with partner teams, leadership, Product and program managers on defining alignment and help the team deliver objectives as needed by the business.
Nurture a growth mindset to ensure that our team is the best place to learn and grow for our engineers.
