Basic programming knowledge.
Knowledge about diamond manufacturing process is plus.
Job Description * Customer Engagement and Feedback:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and feature requests, and communicate updates and resolutions.
Product Strategy and Planning:
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that includes features, enhancements, and iterations aligned with the product vision.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the product strategy, considering both hardware and software components.
Product Development and Execution:
Collaborate closely with the head product manager to align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs between features, technical implementation, and user requirements.
