Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery and Confectionery professional at Hyatt Regency Delhi located in Paramathivelur. The role requires day-to-day tasks such as bakery and food preparation, baking cookies and bread, ensuring quality and presentation of bakery products, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items. Qualifications Bakery and Baking skills Food preparation and handling knowledge Experience in baking cookies and bread Attention to detail in creating and presenting bakery products Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Relevant culinary education or degree is a plus
