Drive and implement strategic business transformation & sales transformation projects.
Conduct in-depth activity analysis, build process maps, and document value streams.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric outcomes
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption

6-10 years of experience in sales and business transformation
Proven track record in managing transformation initiatives, preferably in AMC or BFSI
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
