Job Description Implement and manage AIOps solutions for enriching and enhancing monitoring data. Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate ongoing configuration tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs. Utilize machine learning and AI techniques to analyze monitoring data and identify optimization opportunities. Configure and fine-tune AIOps systems to improve accuracy and effectiveness. Monitor AIOps performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for AIOps enrichment and ongoing configuration. Primary Skills Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with AIOps platforms and tools such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Moogsoft, or Dynatrace. Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts. Knowledge of IT operations and monitoring principles. Secondary Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
