- Implement and manage AIOps solutions for enriching and enhancing monitoring data.
- Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate ongoing configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Utilize machine learning and AI techniques to analyze monitoring data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Configure and fine-tune AIOps systems to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Monitor AIOps performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for AIOps enrichment and ongoing configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with AIOps platforms and tools such as Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), Moogsoft, or Dynatrace.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
- Knowledge of IT operations and monitoring principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
