Have good capital markets domain experience, especially Post Trade domain, willing to work hands on and own the end-to-end product delivery.
Product owner expertise will be an added advantage.
10 – 12 years’ experience working on business/product analysis.
3 years of experience in capital markets domain
Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycles, from requirement gathering from the clients and till delivery of the requirements.
Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations
Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce the needed reports
Experience in writing user stories including acceptance criteria in BDD format and knowledge of Agile methodology.
Work closely with clients, Dev and QA teams.
Be able to support user acceptance testing and field any queries quickly and effectively
Have excellent time management, analytical, communications (written & oral), decision-making and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Collaboratively work with all stakeholders – Management, Product Management, Development, QA and Implementation teams.
Gathers technical specifications so that the product can be developed.
BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
Functional Knowledge: Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
Problem Solving: Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
Interpersonal Skills: Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
