- Implement and manage tools - Network and Security Infra monitoring.
- Troubleshoot issues with help of implemented tools.
- Responsible for Problem Management and RCA's.
- Identify and address Network and Security infrastructure and related setup vulnerabilities.
- Address Escalation for Operation team.
- Regularly report Network, Security infrastructure and Services uptime.
- Handle first level escalation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge in Firewalls, Load Balancer, WAF, Routing and Switching.
- Experience in handling issues related to Malware, Virus, Ransomware.
- Strong Firewalls product experience across vendor products, such as: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA.
- Firewall UTM/Sandboxing/App Control experience in CheckPoint, FortiGate, Palo Alto.
- Routing/Switching/ Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF and BGP)
- Content filtering - Zscaler, NetScope, IronPort WSA.
- Multifactor Authentication - RSA, Forti Authenticator.
- Web Application Firewall - Forti Web.
- IPSEC/SSL VPN: FortiGate, Palo Alto, CheckPoint
- Troubleshooting skills with Wireshark.
- Certification: CCNA, CCNP, Good to have - CISSP, CISM
