- Support customers with technical queries, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel models or the Coherent Spark platform
- Log and manage support tickets using internal tools, keeping things well-organized and customers informed
- Review and test Excel models to identify issues or optimization opportunities
- Assist in converting and preparing Excel models for use within our platform
- Work closely with senior team members, project managers, and developers to understand client needs and deliver quality solutions
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, explaining technical issues in simple, relatable terms
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to improving support processes and documentation
- 1–3 years' experience in a technical support, data analyst, or software-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including functions and formulas (experience with VBA is a plus!)
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Exposure to or interest in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a willingness to dive into problems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- A degree in a technical, mathematical, or business-related field is preferred
- Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to financial modeling, insurance, or fintech—but it’s not a must.
