PF Projects (Security P)

• Perform Shift duty control & timely availability of firefighting services during emergency and security arrangements related to factory premises and the unit’s assets to maintain and provide confidence in a self-secured environment.
• Ensure all records/registers/details available at Security main gate are updated clearly & legibly.
• Timely submission of reports & incidents to higher-ups.
• Zero Theft or Pilferage from plant or plant property.
• Creating a safety & security culture.
• Organizing patrols in and around plant boundaries.
• Oversee vehicle checks at the security Gate.
• Vigilance at all entry/exit points and maintain strong gate control.
• Ensure no encroachment by outsiders.
• Handling unlawful activities & miscreants.
• To maintain zero trespassing within the premises.
• Provide intelligence services to Management
• Liasioning with local villagers, Influential persons, administrative authorities, Police, RTO, Law enforcement authorities, ambulance services, medical services, etc. to maintain a harmonious environment within the factory premises.
• Coordinate with Government agencies & other units to arrange additional resources.
• Conduct regular meetings with the authorities for socializing.
