• Drive contract manufacturing of critical equipment and packages, and lead the indigenization of imported machinery to enhance cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.
• Ensure proactive management of procurement risks price volatility, supply disruptions, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Continuously assess market trends, technology advancements, and best practices to innovate and improve agri-residue sourcing and supply chain processes.
