Job Description: Relationship Manager Wealth Management (Fresher)Location: Kolkata (On-site)Department: Wealth ManagementReporting To: Vice President Wealth ManagementCompensation: INR 3- 4 LPA + performance-based incentivesRole OverviewWe are hiring a Relationship Manager (Fresher) for our Kolkata office. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn.   • Assist in handling client queries via calls/WhatsApp/email and coordinate resolutions
  • Support the team in maintaining regular communication with clients
  • Ensure smooth client experience through timely follow-ups and updates
Documentation & Operations
  • Support client onboarding and documentation (KYC, account opening, MF transactions, forms)
  • Check documents for completeness and coordinate with internal teams for processing
  • Maintain client records, trackers, and basic MIS reports (Excel/Sheets/CRM)
Team Coordination
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to support daily client and transaction requirements
  • Assist in preparing client communication drafts, proposals, and basic product notes
  • Coordinate with product/operations teams for closures and service requests
Product Learning
  • Build working knowledge of Mutual Funds and basic investment concepts
  • Stay updated on product/process changes shared internally
Candidate Requirements (Kolkata Fresher)
  • Graduation in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Business (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (types, SIP/lumpsum, NAVbasic level is enough)
  • Comfortable with documentation and operational coordination
  • Good communication skills in English + Bengali (Hindi is a plus)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
