About the RoleWe are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in Private Wealth or Private Banking to grow Mutual Fund distribution through private banks and wealth platforms.The role involves building strong relationships with Wealth RMs, Investment Counsellors, and key decision-makers to increase AUM and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities- Drive Mutual Fund sales through Private Wealth and Private Banking channels.- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth RMs, Investment Advisors, and Product teams at private banks.- Support RMs in engaging HNI/UHNI clients with suitable investment solutions.- Conduct product discussions and regular market updates with partner RMs.- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing private banking relationships.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to AUM growth.- Track competitor activity and share market feedback.- Manage territory plans, revenue targets, reporting, and compliance requirements.Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, capital markets, and private wealth advisory models.- Proven ability to engage and influence senior Private Wealth stakeholders and HNI-facing RMs.- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.- Analytical and consultative approach to identifying client and partner needs.- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a performance-driven role.- NISM VA certification (mandatory or to be completed prior to joining).Experience- 5+ years in Mutual Fund Distribution Sales or Wealth/BFSI channels, with proven experience managing large private bank relationships.
