Business Analyst

• Collaborate with required stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Apply effective requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
• Manage and execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Use JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of ~10 members, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
