Position:Relationship Manager - RoyaleJob Description:- Increase CASA balances through deepening existing relationships or acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers.- Drive growth in liabilities and retail asset products.- Identify potential problem accounts proactively and implement risk mitigation strategies.- Manage transitions of customers between various segments, sub-segments, and HNI business groups to ensure alignment with service capabilities.- Enhance portfolio profitability by promoting and managing customer migration to electronic and multi- channel banking platforms.- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering exceptional service tailored to the expectations of HNI clients.- Ensure all sales and client interactions are documented in the CRM system according to organizational guidelines.- Conduct detailed client profiling to identify and capture business opportunities.- Inform customers about new or enhanced banking and investment products to strengthen and expand their relationships with the bank.- Leverage insights from client profiles and market trends to develop strategies for attracting and retaining customers.- Minimum 3+ years of experience in CASA sales/ portfolio management from banks.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, and the local market.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Willingness to travel and visit customers as required (ref:updazz.com)
