We are looking for a seasoned Plant Head to lead end-to-end operations of a Cold Finished Seamless Tubes manufacturing facility, with a strong focus on stainless steel extrusion and complex metallurgy including Duplex and Titanium. The role requires driving production, quality, and cross-functional coordination while implementing process improvements and ensuring operational excellence across the plant.Reporting to the Business Head - Corporate Office, you will:

Lead the plant operations for Cold Finished Seamless Tubes manufacturing, overseeing production, safety, quality, and efficiency.
Manage core processes including stainless steel extrusion, Cold Pilger Mills, Cold Drawing Benches, Induction Bright Annealing, and Online Eddy Current Testing.
Support Purchase & Planning by advising on raw material specifications for seamless operations.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement continuous process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Foster a culture of interdepartmental collaboration and team capability building across the plant.

Only apply with 15-20 yrs' experience in CF Seamless Tubes manufacturing.Only apply with experience in Austenitic, Ferritic, Duplex, Titanium materials.

Holds a B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or a related field.
Has 15-20 years of experience in plant leadership roles within stainless steel pipe & tube manufacturing, with a focus on Cold Finished Seamless Tubes and extrusion processes.
Brings hands-on expertise in working with Austenitic, Ferritic, Duplex, and Titanium materials.
Deep understanding of Pilgering, Drawing, Bright Annealing, and Eddy Current Testing as key manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams, align cross-functional departments, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
