You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented teammates.You'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of external interfaces, from identifying needs to supporting commissioning activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Installation, and Testing teams), liaise with external contractors and partners, and facilitate communication to resolve complex technical challenges.You’ll specifically take care of managing interface specifications and design documents, as well as maintaining an interface matrix and integration strategy, but also oversee the interface change process and ensure timely client acceptance milestones.We’ll look to you for:Supporting the engineering team by providing on-site information and clarifications as neededManaging the on-site list of issues with clients and internal teamsSupervising and coordinating all external interface-related issuesActing as the key contact for interfacing contractors, such as track, power supply, rolling stock, and communicationsEstablishing effective communication channels to resolve interface issuesProducing interface-related documentation, including meeting minutes and interface specificationsValidating the implementation of interface specifications during system commissioningCarrying out site surveys to assess project needsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
