Job Title: Sales Executive - Spray Equipment'sLocation: Gurgaon-ManesarCurrently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join us.Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships in the Indian Territory, with a primary focus on Industrial Spray Equipment and Spares. Your role will involve business development by understanding customer needs and promoting our products to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Indian region- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.Technical Expertise:- Possess an understanding of Spray equipment functionality, know-how, Spray or Coating industry processes and applications.- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a good command of the technical and commercial aspects of our products.Language Skills:- Fluent in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.Transportation Skills:- Ability to drive a 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler, as the role involves regular travelQualifications:- Bachelor's or Diploma or Mechanical Engineering- 4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Coating, Spray industry.Key Competencies:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
