Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients/business in the Pipes and Pipe Fittings sector (B2B).Generate new revenue streams through direct field visits and prospecting.Build, manage, and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and convert leads to sales.Achieve assigned sales targets by developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.Drive business development initiatives, product demonstrations, and negotiations.Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management for continuous growth.Maintain daily reporting, update CRM, and adhere to company processes and sales strategies.RequirementsRequirements:Minimum 1-2 year of field sales experience in the pipes, pipe fittings, or related hardware industry (B2B preferred).Must be comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and business development roles.Graduate preferred; strong communications and negotiation skills.Male candidates only.Good local area/networking knowledge in Kolkata & adjoining regions.BenefitsAs per industry
