- Accepting financial and non-financial transaction and sending to RTA for processing
- Handling request or queries from walk in investor’s or Distributors
- Handling customer complaints and providing resolution by co-ordination with RTA
- Coordinating with investors and Distributors for remediation of pending transaction
- Acts as a back for institutional servicing in the absence of 2nd Staff. This involves reporting of HV transaction for Fund utilization and Handling service queries / request of institutional clients which needs to be handled on priority
- A good understanding of mutual fund/security markets
- Good verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
- The inclination to work in a client facing role, with a bent of mind for ‘service’
- Ideally a post graduate / minimum 2 plus years of experience in a client-facing role involving Service, Query Handling
- Knowledge of local language will be an advantage
