The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be involved in resolving customer issues, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Lead the Service Team Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell. Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements. Authorize and check RO / SO entries. Check vouchers to clear transactions.
