Overview:To lead and drive sales growth in the Karnataka region by managing a high-performing sales team, acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, appointing and developing dealers, and identifying commercial refrigeration project opportunities. The role is responsible for delivering regional sales targets through strategic planning, team leadership, market development, and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Performance Management:Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure achievement of individual and collective goalsSet performance KPIs and review progress regularlyIdentify training needs and support skill developmentClient & Consultant Acquisition:Drive the team to identify and acquire new clients and consultants across the regionBuild strategic partnerships to increase market penetrationSales Planning & Execution:Develop and implement short- and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with business objectivesGuide the team in territory planning, resource allocation, and market segmentationKey Account & Customer Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consultants, and influencersSupport the team in managing high-value customer relationshipsDealer & Channel Development:Expand the dealer network by appointing and onboarding qualified partnersStrengthen existing dealer relationships through structured engagementRevenue Growth & Target Achievement:Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds assigned revenue and growth targetsMonitor and analyze performance to initiate corrective actions when neededLead Generation & Sales Funnel Management:Oversee the development of a healthy sales funnel through prospecting, referrals, and project trackingSupport the team in closing opportunities with high conversion ratesBrand Promotion & Market Visibility:Represent the company at regional trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry eventsEncourage team participation in promotional activitiesCustomer Support & Satisfaction:Drive superior pre- and post-sales customer support in collaboration with internal teamsEnsure customer feedback is addressed promptlyReporting & Sales Operations:Maintain accurate and timely reporting of regional performance, forecasts, and market insightsEnsure compliance with sales processes and company policies Qualifications:B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering orMBA in Sales / Marketing or related fields8–12 years of experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership roleExperience in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries preferredProven track record in team management and sales performance
