Roles & Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or channel partners. - Monitor agent performance and ensure regular productivity. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating quality leads. - Explore cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory. - Develop strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
