- Set and meet the franchise onboarding targets for the region on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Track performance metrics to monitor progress towards onboarding goals and take corrective actions when needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on franchise development activities, opportunities, and challenges.
- Drive the team to actively generate franchise leads through various channels, including business development efforts, networking with building material dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote Livspace's franchise model.
- Collaborate with ASEs to assist in the closure of franchise deals.
- Negotiate terms with potential franchise partners to finalize agreements.
- Ensure that all franchise contracts align with Livspace's operational and legal requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
- Act as a liaison between franchisees and internal teams (operations, marketing, legal) to address any concerns or roadblocks.
- Develop and manage the budget for franchise onboarding activities within the assigned region.
- Ensure cost-efficient strategies while maintaining high standards for franchise partner support and development.
- Ensure all franchise stores are compliant with Livspace's standards and policies before they become operational.
- Oversee the setup process to ensure franchisees meet all brand guidelines in terms of store design, product offerings, and customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of ASEs (Area Sales Executives) to achieve franchise expansion goals.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for team members.
- Provide continuous guidance, training, and support to improve the team's effectiveness in franchise onboarding.
- Applicant must possess MBA / PGDM preferable in Sales and Marketing from B-School.
- Minimum experience required 5+ years
- Candidate can be from design background as well.
- Applicants from modular furniture background would be an additional benefit.
- Role involves extensive travelling to Franchise locations.
