
HARDWARE ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

- Design and develop electronic hardware including circuit boards, processors, and memory cards.
- Study and analyze client requirements to accurately design solutions and prepare specifications.
- Conduct extensive tests to ensure the hardware's functionality, durability, and efficiency.
- Maintain updated knowledge about the latest trends and advancements in electronic hardware technology.
- Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardwares and software systems.
- Work closely with other engineers and professionals for any kind of technical or field support needed.
- Ensure the designed equipment complies with all safety and environmental regulations during operation.
- Oversee the manufacturing process for electronic hardware and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Inspect malfunctioning or damaged hardware to identify the reason for the flaw and devise plans for repair.
- Analyze test data and reports to identify problems and propose solutions to improve performance.
- Assist in budgeting, project schedules, and product specifications.
- Document all design processes, installations, and final products to maintain a proper record and implement future improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Hardware Electronics Engineer or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of electronics and hardware design.
- Proficient in electronics design software such as Cadence or Altium.
- Competence in reading and developing electrical schematics and layouts.
- Good understanding of microprocessor and microcontrollers and their architecture.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging hardware issues.
- Familiarity with firmware programming and debugging is a plus.
- A strong aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating with different technical fields.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Professional engineer certification is preferred.
