Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide on-site or remote technical support for games and attractions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.Maintenance and Repair:Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and repairing parts on games and attractions.Installation and Setup:Assist with the installation and setup of new games and attractions, ensuring they are functioning correctly.Guest Interaction:Interact with guests, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing a positive and friendly experience.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.Safety Compliance:Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that equipment is maintained in a safe and reliable condition.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on the latest technical developments and best practices in the industry.Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and computer hardware.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing excellent service.
Experience with basic maintenance and repair tasks is a plus.
Graduation or diploma equivalent.
