Lead and manage Mother Hub (Sortation Center) operations at a regional/state level. You'll oversee middle-mile operations, ensure smooth functioning, and manage a large workforce along with a team of Assistant Managers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Sortation Center operations & drive efficiency.- Plan, design & operationalize new hubs.- Monitor performance & implement improvements.- Manage 1000+ team members (on-roll/off-roll, 24/7 ops).- Handle IR issues & ensure compliance.- Mentor, coach, and motivate teams to achieve business goals.Qualifications:- Graduate/MBA (Tier I/II preferred).- 8+ years in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Operations.- Experience managing large teams in sortation/warehouse setups.- Strong people management & problem-solving skills.
