- Lead digital innovations and AI-enabled products across field production and seed & traits supply
- Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management aligned with business priorities and customer needs
- Take products from 0 → 1 → scale, driving speed, clarity, and learning velocity
- Influence product and business strategy by balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability
- Design and deploy AI-enabled, predictive, and analytics-driven solutions to reduce variability and improve operational performance
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to design agentic workflows, define decision boundaries, and build autonomous AI capabilities
- Translate complex agronomic, remote sensing, geospatial, and behavioral data into clear, scalable digital products
- Continuously scan external technology and AgTech trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Build robust value cases linking product decisions to measurable P&L, productivity, and operational outcomes
- Monitor product and innovation metrics; define hypotheses, experiments, and iterations based on evidence
- Track transformation value and ensure alignment with global standards and best practices
- Influence stakeholders to take bold innovation bets while maintaining execution discipline
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, User Research, Agronomy, and Product Operations teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
- Bridge physical operations and digital solutions to ensure strong adoption and sustained usage
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance Ops, and Legal to shape go-to-market strategies through product
- Build and manage internal and external innovation partnerships across the digital ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Life Sciences, or a related technical field
- Master's degree in Business (MBA or equivalent) from a Tier I institution preferred
- 3 years+ of experience in digital product management, AgTech, manufacturing, supply chain, or related environments
- Proven track record of co-creating and scaling digital or AI-enabled products with sustained user adoption
- Experience building products for farmers, agricultural ecosystems, or low-digital-literacy user segments
- Strong understanding of AI, data, analytics, and digital platforms applied to physical operations
- Hands-on experience with Digital Product Development using remote sensing, agronomic, and geospatial datasets
- Ability to synthesize customer insights, business needs, and system constraints into clear product requirements
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to connect product decisions to P&L impact
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Global mindset with fluency in English and ability to operate across cultures
- Passion for agriculture and creating impact for farmers at scale
- A self-starter who can think strategically and execute hands-on
