- Conceptualize and create compelling promos, trailers, teasers, and motion content for content launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and content operations to align promo content with strategic goals.
- Write scripts and supervise end-to-end production-from ideation to post-production (including editing, sound, graphics, and VFX).
- Adapt and repurpose content across different formats and platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Monitor campaign performance and iterate creatives based on feedback and performance analytics.Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, viral formats, creator culture, and regional storytelling styles.
- 7-10 years of experience in video production, content marketing, or television promos-preferably with digital platforms or media networks.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills, ability to write engaging, culturally-relevant scripts.
- Experience in directing shoots or working with animation/motion graphics teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile content environment with tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of regional content consumption trends and user behavior in India.
