- Billing developer with experience in Duck creek billing development.
- Knowledge of Billing manuscripts, stored proc and CBOs.
- Good understanding of Policy and Billing integration.
- Experience in 3rd party integration with Duck creek, like Williams Lea, Experian etc.
- Experience in root cause analysis in restricted interval of time in order to resolve incident as per their SLA.
- Debugging and analysis skills
- Ready to work in UK shift and as per UK calendar.
- Ready to work in production support environment as per applicable ITIL processes.
- Ready to be on-call for week-days and week-ends, on rotation basis for providing OOH support.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
