With more than 14,500 employees, _VOIS India supports global markets and group functions of Vodafone and delivers best-in-class customer experience through multi-functional services in the areas of Information Technology, Networks, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Digital Business Solutions (Robotics & AI), Commercial Operations (Consumer & Business), Intelligent Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations and HR Operations and more.Roles & ResponsibilityService Management Experience in IT Telco Operations environmentStrong working knowledge in Kenan / Postpaid Billing System.Billing Domain knowledge is must Postpaid Billing, CDR flow , Rating Flow etc.Execution of Recurrent Tasks and Support Monitoring, scheduling jobs and operations.Knowledge of other Billign Application like MZ , ICT , Prepaid systems will be added benifit .Hands on UNIX / Windows experience and familiarity with SQL, Relational Databases and Web Servers.Incident & Service Request HandlingCoordination with Different teams and VendorsWorking for international customers in cross-cultural teams is substantial in infrastructure & application services.Solution delivery within SLACompliancy to internal and external guidelines, processes and policies Team performance/productivity KPIsWell-versed in ITIL standards for delivery of servicesResolve all queries and issues escalated by the Business within SLA timeframes to ensure minimum customer impact.Skills & ExperienceMust have 4-6 years of working experience in Telecom Billing Domain.Telecom Domain Knowledge.Knowledge of ITIL Processes and Project Management methodologies.Good knowledge of different application architecture, Remedy or Other Ticketing Tool , Monitoring tools__VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer CommitmentIndia:_VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
