Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of all departments t business. Improve upon it and in all the hospitals. Collaborate with department heads to optimise work flows and enhance overall efficiency. Drive the current business and improve upon it. To set up and kick off new hospitalsQuality Assurance and Patient Safety:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient safety protocols and incident reporting.
Financial Management:
Work with the finance department to develop and manage the hospital budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
Ensure the hospital operates within budgetary constraints.
Human Resources Management:
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.
Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Address employee concerns and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and execution of the hospital's strategic plan.
Identify growth opportunities and develop plans for service expansion.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Information Technology:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of health information systems.
Ensure the use of technology to enhance patient care, data security, and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
Represent the hospital in the community and foster positive public relations.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
