Job Description Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement the hospital's overall business strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hospital's services and market presence. Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to enhance the hospital's competitive position. Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the hospital's financial sustainability. Monitor key financial metrics and implement measures to optimize revenue and control costs. Collaborate with finance teams to drive revenue cycle management and financial performance improvement. Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for various marketing initiatives and campaigns Business Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies. Explore partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to enhance the hospital's service offerings and market reach. Drive business development activities to attract new consultants, new patients and increase patient volume. On boarding Consultants with a reasonable practise to drive the business Create valuable and informative healthcare content that educates patients, addresses health concerns, and establishes the hospital as a trusted resource. Operational Excellence: Work closely with the operations team to optimize hospital workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes. Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and brand. Enhance the hospital's digital presence and engage in community outreach initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership to the business development, marketing, and finance teams. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the business unit. Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. The Successful Applicant Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital setting. In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and market dynamics. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing complex budgets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
