Responsibilities:- Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned districts.- Setting ambitious targets for self and achieving it month on month.- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. -Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.Candidate Details:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC/Bank, doing B2B/MSME/LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.- Effective communication skills.
