- Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas from A to Z, taking full ownership of your creations
- Work closely with the Art Lead, LiveOps managers, and cross-functional teams including tech and animation to create engaging designs
- Create a playful, intuitive, and cohesive look & feel that enhances the overall user experience
- Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Create functional and visually engaging in-game promotional content, adapt to different art styles, and maintain visual consistency across the game
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gaming industry
- A strong digital portfolio showcasing gaming work and relevant skills
- Ability to deliver highly creative work while maintaining strong technical execution
- Strong understanding of composition, form, color, light, and shadow
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience working with AI tools for creating and enhancing visual assets, including prompt creation and iteration
- Strong understanding of typography, including accessibility, readability, and logo creation
- Ability to create accurate concept sketches to visualize, explore, and communicate design ideas
- Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
- Open to feedback with a creative, flexible, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work effectively with both in-house and remote teams
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, workflows, and evolving project requirements
