Senior Motion Graphics Artist (Marketing)Required Qualifications:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Motion Graphics Artist or similar role, with a focus on video creation for mobile games or apps.
Proficient in design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Experience (1+ months) creating mobile game advertisements and trailers.

Understanding of user acquisition strategies for mobile games. * Ability to quickly execute changes and iterations based on feedback using tools, often in a few minutes to under an hour.

Self-starter with a passion for gaming and a drive to produce the best creative output with collaboration.

Ambition to grow into a leadership role.Nice to haves:Experience working in the gaming industry. * Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in creative content production.Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven creative optimisation.Compensation:
