And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our .Job DescriptionJob DetailsPosition PurposeThe I&T Collaboration Platform Manager is an established technical leader that specialises in the management, operation, and optimisation of MS Teams and Unified Comms, based predominantly around the MS Teams and Nice contact centre solutions. This includes the management of underlying platforms and services which underpin our Collaboration Services that are delivered to the rest of the Brambles business.Reporting to the Senior BRM – Employee Experience Platforms, this role will deputise for operational leadership when required and participate in planning for the team and how it aligns to both the I&T Collaboration Services and Architecture that the End-User platform team provides.MeasuresThe Key Performance Indicators for this role are driven by:· Proactive and effective running of the MS Teams and Nice Unified Communications platforms· Meet or exceed targets for capability optimisation· Positive impact on end user satisfactionMajor/Key Accountabilities· Operations: Successful running of the I&T Collaboration Platform· Governance and Compliance: Ensuring that all services underpinned by the I&T Collaboration Platform are correctly governed and are compliant, liaising with the compliance, legal and risk internal teams.· Capability Planning: Developing the capability roadmap for the I&T Collaboration Platform· Change Management: Driving the change and adoption strategy, managing any third parties that we may choose to engage in delivery,· Optimisation: Driving optimisation outcomes for the I&T Collaboration Platform· Vendor Management: Effective management of 3rd party vendors who supply Generative AI related tooling.· Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with wider technology professionals· Collaboration and Communication: Influencing the evolution Generative AI based digital services through close working and a continuous improvement mindset.· Innovation: Continuously exploring new features and updates and related technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities and drive innovation within the organization including the management of technical roadmaps.Experience:- 5yr relevant experience in Cloud Engineering or adjacent fields

Installed, operated, and managed several data science and machine learning frameworks, or

developed own data science methodologies

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

Experience operating, optimising, querying, and administering databases (such as Postgres,

TimescaleDB, etc.)

Comfortable using and working in a polyglot computer language environment (Python, Go, Julia etc.)

Experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, EKS, ECR, EMR, etc.)

Experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with Big Data processing technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Flink etc)

Experience with interactive notebooks (e.g. JupyterHub, Databricks)

Experience with Git Ops style automation

Experience with *ix (e.g, Linux, BSD, etc.) tooling and scripting

Participated in projects that are based on data science methodologies, and/or physical experiments,

or statistical analysis – especially in a data engineer and dev ops capacity.Challenges/Problem Solving :· Data Security and Privacy: Ensuring that sensitive data is protected, and that the platform complies with data privacy regulations can be complex. This includes managing access controls and preventing data breaches.· Content Management and Data Governance: Effectively managing the vast amount of data and content generated by the platform can be challenging. This involves setting up proper data governance frameworks and ensuring data quality.· Ethical Usage: Ensuring that the platform is used ethically and responsibly is crucial. This includes avoiding biases in AI outputs and ensuring that the platform's use aligns with organisational values and ethical standards.· Infrastructure Requirements: Maintaining the necessary infrastructure to support the platform’s operations can be demanding. This includes ensuring that the platform has sufficient computational resources and that it integrates seamlessly with existing systems.· Employee Training and Adoption: Training employees to effectively use the platform and driving adoption across the organisation can be challenging. This involves creating comprehensive training programs and addressing any resistance to change.· Cost Management: Managing the costs associated with deploying and maintaining the platform can be a significant challenge. This includes budgeting for infrastructure, training, and ongoing support.· Performance Optimization: Continuously monitoring and optimising the performance of the platform to ensure it meets the organisation's needs can be complex. This involves analysing usage patterns and making necessary adjustments.Essential Qualifications· Essential Qualifications· Degree in Computer Science· Program and/or Project Management Certification· Modules, certifications or badges relating to the design and implementation of the platform.Experience :

Significant previous experience implementing Generative AI technology, as a technical leader

5+ years’ experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects.

Proven success in improving the quality and effectiveness of services.

Experience working within a matrix structure for a global organisation.
